High quality artistic hand knotted semi antique Persian Malayer runner 3.2x9.11, made of fine quality lambs wool pile on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, the colors and patterns are rich and varied. Like all of the most artistic village rugs. Hand woven in Malayer, Iran. Antique Malayer rugs are excellent investments. Regional weavers generally produced smaller area rugs and runners although larger room sized rugs were created on commission. Richness of motifs makes antique Malayer rugs endlessly fascinating.
