Graduating from the Seoul Industrial Junior College in 1971, Mario longed for his artistic talents to take flight and in 1986 he entered the Exhibition of Fine Art of the Seoul Artists Association where he was awarded the Grand Prize of Western style painting. Due to this immediate success, Mario was invited to become a member of the Seoul Artists Association, which he has now been a member of for over 30 years. Truly a talented artist, Mario?s emerging popularity is heightened by his ability to create such a diverse range of work. His paintings continue to grow in popularity and value. Fernando Iba?ez Alcaraz was born in Alcoy, Alicante (Spain) in 1969. Growing up with an interest for the arts, Alcaraz began his studies at the Escuela de Artes y Oficios in Alcoy at the age of 15. For the next six years, and with the help from his mentor, Alcaraz continued to develop his artistic techniques and drawing abilities. Throughout these years Alcaraz developed skills and interests in pastels, watercolors and pencil drawings, which has increased his flexibility as an artist. Today, he chooses to focus his career and passions in oil painting. Alcaraz is an artist whose talents provide him to work in various styles and mediums. His drawing skills provide him with the roots necessary to paint portraits of figures and animals, still lifes of fruit and flowers, or landscapes from nature?s palette to his beach, Spanish village, and simple roses that grow in his garden. Such diverse talents are found in few artists and have allowed his artistic work to be discovered not only in Spain, but other countries in Europe, and now the Americas. Alcaraz has participated in several collective and individual exhibitions throughout his career along with winning several awards for his inspiring canvases. In 1985, he placed second in the IV Concurso de Careles de Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos in Ibi, Alicante; he exhibited his work at the Encuentro Mundial for the Fraternidad Hermana, in the Palace for Exhibitions and Congress of Granada in July 1992; in October 1992, he exhibited his work in a collective exposition in the Sala de Arte EMECE of Alcoy; in 1994, he participated in a collective exhibition at the Casa de la Cultura of Sollana in Valencia; and in 1996, Alcaraz participated in the Sala de Arte EMECE of Alcoy?s Grand Collection of Contemporary Teachers of Realism. His realistic and broad artistic skills allows him to masterfully produce detailed drawings, paintings of realistic still life and figurative studies of soft, relaxing Spanish beach and town scenes. His application of paint layers and texture create depth, light and atmosphere, drawing the spectator into the tranquility of his subjects.

Oleg Ardimasov was born on July 24, 1936 in the village of Lermontovka, in the Khabarovsk region of Russia. As a young artist, Oleg studied visual arts under Anfisa Burkova. After nine years of training, he entered the Irkutsk Art School in 1953. There he studied under artistic talents Alexander Savinykh, Alexey Zhibinov, Arkady Vychugzhanin. This schooling gave Oleg a strong foundation in in drawing, painting and composition. In 1958, Oleg was accepted to Surikov Art Institute in Moscow where he studied with famous teachers and artists such as Michael Aleksich, Peter Suvorov, Mikhail Matorin, Yuri Rayner, Mikhail Cheremnykh, Eugene Kibrik, Valery Skuridin, Nikolai Ponomarev, Oleg Savostyuk, Boris Uspensky, Boris Dekhterev. After graduation from the institute and graduate school, Oleg passed along his artistic skill by teaching at the institute. Throughout his stint as a teacher from 1973 ? 2001, Oleg held the positions of Dean of Graphics, Graphics Chair and Dean of Academic Affairs. Currently, he is a Professor of Drawing, Studio Theater and Fine Art. The works of Oleg Ardimasov can be found in the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow along with many private collections in Russia, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, England, the United States, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, France, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea. To honor his successful and creative works, Oleg was awarded a Diploma and Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts, and Diplomas of the Union of Artists of Russia.

This painting is in excellent condition and has only been displayed in a gallery setting. Original oil by Spanish artist Fernando Pedrosa. Titled, Remembrance this painting's framed dimensions are 24x20 inches and the canvas size is 18x13 inches. Fernando Saenz Pedrosa was born in Palencia, Spain in 1947. At a young age his talent as a draftsman became very evident. So evident that in 1965, at the ripe age of 18, he was enrolled in the prestigious Architectural School of Madrid. From 1965-1970 Pedrosa?s study as a draftsman and painter became more prolific. From his studies at the architecture school he was able to mature his skill in drawing and combine that with painting. Painting became Pedrosa?s manner in which to bring his drawings to life and he was so affected by this art of painting that after five years of study, he decided to concentrate his career and life to it. Like an architect, he builds a scene with the foundations of drawing, and from that adds color to bring his forms to life without revealing the painter?s brush-stroke. He is an artist who knows how to capture human expression and emotion in the most natural way. Like a photograph the viewer is able to capture a glimpse of a moment as if the world was standing still. Pedrosa is a master in detail, his beautiful shadows bring dimension to his forms with an almost human tenderness. Over the years Fernando and his younger brother have remained bachelors who live and paint together. When not occupied with painting, Fernando enjoys classical music and playing the piano.
