This garnet is truly something special. It has a silky plum purple hue with a slight pink undertone that is so well blended, you wont realize its even there. Naw, we're just kidding. The pink undertone of this piece is everywhere! It has a life of its own, coming through in every vibrant twinkle and pop of its flashing. And the flashing is always there! So much so that you would almost think this garnet was bi-color! But that's not the end of its gorgeous color. The luster of this piece is so highly polished that not only does it sparkle over every facet, but also casts velvety shadows through its body, outlining every bit of light this gemstone produces. It has a relatively low profile cut, measuring 10.4mm x 8.3mm x 4.7mm, and is perfect for snag free setting. Sourced from Mozambique. Untreated!
