Lot Details

Look at the unique formation in this geode! Tabasco geodes, formally known as Illianites, are the world's smallest geode formation. This stunning sample features the distinct green outer shell that holds a bluish white and red center. These halves have good size measuring 14.6mm x 12.9mm x 5.5mm and 14.4mm x 12.8mm x 5.0mm and would make an impressive pair of earrings or a great addition to your collection. Sourced from Mexico. Untreated!

Gems come with a complimentary gem jar for display and protection, size permitting. All treatments are disclosed*, and all weights and sizes are approximate. Listed gemstones are greatly magnified, and minor details that present themselves in the photo may not be visible with the naked eye. There may be slight color differences due to individual monitor settings and capabilities. *Except for topaz. As irradiation is the standard treatment for this gem type, they should be assumed to be as such, unless stated otherwise in the description.
