Dalí’s 'Le Cracking du Pétrole' is a striking example from his celebrated 'Hommage à Leonardo da Vinci (Great Inventions)' suite, in which the artist pays tribute to the Renaissance master’s visionary genius while infusing his own surrealist imagination. Published in 1975, this engraving with richly hand-colored pochoir on fine Arches paper is hand-signed by Dali in pencil, and is numbered in the lower left margin. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
