During the formation of this ruby, different mineral influences collided and fused together over millions of years to create this one-of-a-kind gemstone. And now, for the first time in recorded history, you have a chance to own it! (OK, we'll admit that was a little dramatic. But so is this ruby!) You can see from the picture and video that the color palette of this ruby is well pronounced, and if you look hard enough, you can actually see where the ruby crystals joined to form this piece. And if that wasn't enough, this colossal gemstone also displays a touch of proustite. That's the mineral that gives some ruby and sapphires a silver sheen, because it contains real silver! Now add to that lovely faceting with a low profile cut that gives it greater surface area, and your already large ruby turns into a massive 16mm x 11.9mm x 5.8mm center piece that doesn't just stand out, it yells, "Here I am!".
