Biography: Alexander Blokhin was born in Minsk in 1971 and he graduated the MAST (Minsk Architectural College) - in the specialty "Architecture" and studied at the Architectural Academy in Minsk. In 1998 he began working with the National Maritime Museum in Haifa, Israel. For several years, has built more than 25 models of ships of various historical periods. His models are placed on permanent display. He was the organizer of 3 shows of the scale models of ships at the National Maritime Museum in Israel and has worked with the Museum of Science and Technology, the City Museum and others. Today, he still works closely with museums in Germany, Cyprus and the United States. From 2005 to present, he is the curator of “Maritime Heritage Center" at the company CORAL MS.
