This beautiful Art Nouveau bronze sculpture of a nude woman is signed by the artist, Phillipe. This sculpture has a fluid line of movement and is mounted on a marble base. It features a nude woman in a highly exposed position with her hands out to her sides, almost as if she is allowing the person who she has opened her arms up to take her completely. She has a cloth loosely draped around her arms that serves as a kind of shawl, which falls around her in a flowing symmetrical pattern that creates a beautiful backdrop. Her head is crowned by her short curly locks and falls listlessly to the side in deep surrender. An absolute delight. Dimensions: Height 18 X Width 9 inches. Weight: 13 LBS.
