$1 1891 Red Seal Treasury Note, Also known as "Stanton".

There is some fraying on the edges and a pinhole when backlit.  There is also some tiny splits at the top of the fold.  Which is consistant with the Fine grade.

This one-dollar Treasury Note red seal ace dons the open back design on its reverse. A note that's traded hands a few times, this has two pinholes visible when backlit: one to the left of Stanton's portrait and to the left of the center 'ONE' design. Some edge fraying is present, though consistent with the grade makes this an affordable example of this classic American design.
