Nice looking Four Seasons Persian bakhtiari. Size 3.5x5.2 feet, made of fine quality baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, incorporating a beautiful and very popular 'four seasons' design and finished off beautifully with a cream colored intricate floral border. A very nice looking and finely contrasted hand woven authentic Persian bakhtiari. Han woven by Bakhtiari nomadic tribes of western Iran. Bakhtiari is an ancient southwestern Iranian tribe. The approximate year of origin: 1990-2000
