LARGE! 7.18ct rolling block patterned Welo Opal!

This is a fantastic piece! Measuring 13.9mm x 13.6mm x 6.5mm it has incredible size with plenty of play of color to go around. It shows a strong mix of electric greens, sunset oranges, and cobalt blues in strong block and hexagonal patterns that roll through its smoky white body. Since opals can be temperamental when photographing, the colors will be much more vibrant in hand, and its large size ensures that there is plenty of surface area to show off its amazing display. This is an untreated example sourced from the Welo region of Ethiopia.
