1853 $10 Commercial Bank of Columbis S.C. Note.LCC Watermarked. Patriotic themes and SC state seal. Decent hand cutting. One rarely sees watermarked paper in SC notes. Some sort of number in blue green ink stamped on the obverse. Honest wear and lots of use. Some small pin and other holes / cuts seen only in the light.
