It displays a vibrant honeycomb pattern flashing in bold reds, greens and yellows with blue and orange highlights. The play of color is crisp and blends into each other in a full cover display. The bottom of this opal shows a full cover block pattern that is just as brilliant as the top. And this whole display is captured under a glistening liquid luster that gives it the appearence of being wet. This piece has a medium domed cabochon cut, and measures in at 12.9mm x 9.2mm x 6.5mm. Sourced from Ethiopia. Heated.
